Job summary

Stillwater Area Public Schools is seeking a School Age Care Full Time Assistant for the Adventure Club at Afton-Lakeland Elementary. The role supports before/after school and summer care, delivering safe, engaging programming with a focus on social and emotional development.

Hours are 6.5 per day, five days a week, with a split school-year shift. Eligible benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; no nights or weekends; and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• First aid and CPR certification required or to be obtained within 120 days.
• Background in child development, guidance, human relations, or related recreation programming.

• Assist in providing quality school age care programming.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment supporting social and emotional growth.
