Qualifications

• Experience with school-age children in childcare, education, or recreation.
• Warm, patient, enthusiastic demeanor with a love for kids.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass background check under Illinois regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for afternoon/early evening hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in education or child development is a plus.
