This person is responsible for creating the program schedule for our extracurricular programs, as well as working with faculty, staff, and independent contractors to provide a well-prepared play-based environment. The After School Associate Teacher is scheduled from Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm.

THE SCHOOL

Chiaravalle is an AMS and ISACS accredited school, philosophically rooted in the methods of Maria Montessori. We incorporate mission-appropriate best practices in education to refine curriculum, improve programming, support learners, and enhance school culture.

Here, individual learners, a caring community, and global citizenship are respected. As Montessori educators, we believe teachers observe, personalize, and facilitate learning. Choice and self-pacing materials increase each learner's engagement and mastery of skills or concepts. Differentiated instruction and student-initiated learning are encouraged within our integrated Montessori curriculum.

Chiaravalle offers education from infancy through preparation for high school. As students make their journey, our nurturing yet stimulating environment helps them gain greater independence and self-confidence while developing higher-order cognitive skills.

This is a fully benefited 10-month salaried position. Chiaravalle offers medical and dental health insurance, retirement plan (403B), Life/LTD/AD&D insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, dependent care and medical reimbursement along with paid holidays, accrued sick time, paid time off, and vacation.
