Commitment: Part Time Hours 1:45-5:45 PM

New Foundations Charter High School is seeking a part-time After School Supervisor for our afternoon Paw Pals program. All staff are expected to embrace our mission, model our core values, demonstrate growth mindset, and show a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Possess an Associate’s degree with academic achievement (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience in K-12 education, youth organizations, or athletics/sports is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience planning events and designing programming
  • Ability to collaborate and demonstrate ownership
About New Foundations

The mission of New Foundations Charter School is to develop students academically, socially, and emotionally to become high-achievers and responsible community members. Founded in 2000, the school serves 1500 students across grades K-12 in Northeast Philadelphia, emphasizing growth and community engagement.

Compensation: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience.
