Open Window School in Bellevue, WA is seeking an After Care Assistant to support K-8 students in The Student Hub from 3:00–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday for the 2026-27 school year.

You will help run activities, reinforce Bobcat Virtues, engage with families, and coordinate with the Auxiliary Programs Manager to maintain a safe, inclusive after-school program.

This part-time, non-exempt role offers $27.56 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifikationen

• Applicants must be 18 years or older and hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Open Window will pay for training for First Aid/CPR).
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students is preferred.
• Commitment to teamwork and positive interactions with families and students.

Aufgaben

• Assist with all aspects of The Student Hub, including setup/closing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Lead a new game or activity weekly to ensure a diverse range of activities.
• Reinforce Bobcat Virtues (kind, inclusive, respectful, responsible) and engage with students daily.
• Engage with families and act as a liaison when needed.
• Order and organize supplies; provide feedback to the Auxiliary Programs Manager.
