Learn It Academic Services in Chicago, IL is seeking an After School Teacher to support elementary through high school students in small-group settings. You will develop lessons, implement targeted interventions, track progress, and collaborate closely with schools and families to promote student growth.

Successful candidates hold active teaching certification or SOE, bring classroom experience, and can adapt to IEP or Title I contexts.

Qualifications

• Active teaching certification or SOE.
• Experience teaching elementary to high school students.
• Title I experience preferred.
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and background clearance when applicable.
• Reliable internet and a computer with webcam for remote teaching when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional learning experiences for students who need academic support.
• Develop lesson plans and implement academic interventions.
• Engage students and create a positive classroom environment.
• Assess, document, and report academic data and progress.
• Meet compliance requirements and provide strong service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents.
