Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time ABA paraprofessionals to deliver one-on-one services in home and community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, support clients’ independence, and work closely with BCBA supervisors to ensure effective care plans.

No ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; ideal for those in education or related fields pursuing a career in psychology and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
