Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement aba programs under BCBA supervision and help document progress.

The role emphasizes training, supervision, and growth in behavioral health, with flexible after-school hours and ongoing coaching to build skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
• Willingness to complete RBT training if not certified.
• Interest in behavioral health and working as an RBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Communicate session progress with the clinical team.
