For our sales company based in SINTRA, we are looking for an experienced After-Sales Service Leader to manage our team of technicians, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure business profitability. This role demands strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid technical background.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the team of technicians to ensure efficient and timely service assistance.
• Monitor KPIs to track the performance and effectiveness of the after-sales service.
• Ensure the profitability of the after-sales service business by managing costs and optimizing resources.
• Act as the captain and coach of the team, fostering continuous improvement, growth, and professionalism in line with Nilfisk's philosophy.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an excellent customer experience.
• Conduct interviews and analyze candidates for the service team, facilitated by human resources, ensuring their proper onboarding, training, and adaptation to the position.
