UrgentVet Hospitals is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Crestview team and oversee day-to-day operations for after-hours urgent care. The role focuses on fostering a positive work culture, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional patient and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary practice management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient after-hours acute care.
• Lead and develop the hospital team, fostering a positive work culture.
• Advocate for patients with a "Pet-First, Client-First" philosophy; engage with referring veterinarians and local businesses.
• Report to the Regional Director of Operations and manage hospital schedule and staffing.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to ensure high-quality urgent care and financial stability.
