UrgentVet Hospitals in Oro Valley seeks an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead daily operations, uphold a pet-first, client-first ethos, and cultivate a positive work culture. You will drive engagement, efficiency, and financial stability while collaborating with veterinarians and local partners.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, community engagement, and scheduling that includes nights, weekends, and holidays (no overnights), with 3–11 pm on weekdays and 10 am–8 pm on weekends.

Qualifications

• Evidence of strong leadership in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Ability to manage teams and lead operational initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations for after-hours acute care.
• Lead culture, engagement, efficiency, growth, and financial stability.
• Advocate for patients with a pet-first, client-first approach.
• Build relationships with referring veterinarians and local businesses.
• Ensure on-site presence and collaboration with clinical teams.
• Manage schedules including 40–45 hours/week with after-hours on evenings/weekends.
