Job summary

Anchor Health is seeking an After-hours Hospice RN to support our family of patients after 5 PM and on weekends. The RN will implement the patient plan of care and communicate patient needs to the Interdisciplinary team and families, reporting to the Director of Patient Care Services.

Qualifications

• TB test current.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Hospice Team Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients using all elements of the nursing process.
• Must be a licensed driver with a vehicle insured and in good working order to support after-hours visits.
