Ogden Clinic is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for the PCN After Hours location. You will greet patients, verify demographics in the EMR, collect payments, and support a professional, courteous patient experience.

Responsibilities include ensuring reception area cleanliness, handling deposits, and participating in team meetings. After 90 days, QA targets and patient balance tracking are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or recommended.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of safety rules and procedures.
• Able to write routine reports and speak to groups of customers or employees.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide simple equations.
• Vision: ability to adjust focus and monitor screens for long periods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions and use basic office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct patients in a timely, professional manner.
• Review EMR for demographic accuracy and enter information correctly.
• Collect copayments and handle deposits securely.
• Maintain cleanliness at reception areas and waiting rooms.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Adhere to Health iPASS system and QA standards after 90 days.
