Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• BS degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to apply analytical and scientific methods.
• Scripting or programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed military models and entities in AFSIM.
• Develop dynamic scripting for realistic behaviors and interactions.
• Craft mission scenarios reflecting authentic operational conditions.
• Support MS&A study design and execution using AFSIM.
• Collaborate with pilots, technologists, and domain experts.
• Analyze simulation results and present insights to stakeholders.
• Work with agile software teams to enhance MS&A solutions.
• Coordinate with study leads and customers to refine technical approaches.
