Job summary

Productive Playhouse is building a talent pool of Afrikaans speakers for testing and evaluating leading AI chatbots. You’ll interact directly with AI models to assess performance, safety, and usefulness, providing data that informs model improvements.

This is an independent contractor engagement. You choose which tasks to take, set your own hours, and can work with other clients. Pay is $10.00 USD per hour; flexible, task-based batches.

Qualifications

• Afrikaans fluency at native or expert level.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models.
• Comfort with both written and voice-based conversation and good follow-up questions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with AI chatbots to evaluate capabilities, safety, and helpfulness.
• Conduct structured conversations per task goals and prompts.
• Submit deliverables (ratings, notes, screenshots, recordings) as specified.
• Provide feedback to help improve model performance for future tasks.
