Job summary

Aflac in Dallas, TX is seeking a Benefit Consultant to build a book of business and drive employee benefit enrollments. You will complete award-winning onboarding, schedule consultations with companies, and enroll employees in Aflac benefits.

The role offers strong earning potential with first-year income often between 42k and 60k before bonuses, plus opportunities for six-figure earnings over time through renewal income and bonuses.

Qualifications

• An Accident, Life & Health License is required to sell our type of Insurance.
• Unlicensed candidates willing to obtain their Accident, Life & Health License will be supported; process takes 10–14 days (max).

Responsibilities

• Complete our On-boarding Process & Award-Winning Training (classroom & field with a mentor).
• Build and maintain your Book of Business.
• Schedule consultations with Companies & Organizations through Networking, Field Marketing, Social Media, LinkedIn, Referrals & Warm Leads.
• Meet with Business Owners, Identify their Business Needs, Discuss our Business Solutions, Schedule Employee Education Meetings & Enroll Employees in Aflac Benefits.
• Enroll New Hires on a Monthly Basis.
• Service clients through Billing, Invoicing, Claims & Policyholder Servicing.

In our Benefit Consultant position, your general Job Responsibilitieswould include:

• Enroll New Hires on a Monthly Basis
• Service clients through assistance with Billing, Invoicing, Claims & Policyholder Servicing.

• The average consultant makes between 42k-60k during their 1st year (before bonuses).
• With many going on to make a six figure income in three to five years.
