Job summary

Major League Baseball (MLB) is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Arizona Fall League to establish and maintain a comprehensive program for an assigned team. The role includes supervising athlete training, coordinating training plans, and ensuring safe, effective facility operation in a professional environment.

You will work with MLB clubs to maintain athlete records and collaborate with sports medicine staff on rehabilitation when needed.
