Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee senior affordable, market rate and LIHTC properties in St George, Utah. The ideal candidate will lead on-site teams, drive occupancy targets and ensure portfolio profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with asset managers and senior leadership, review financials, and implement improvements. Travel up to 50% is required; a Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in multi-family property management.
• Minimum 2 years' LIHTC experience required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Regional Manager experience.
• Working knowledge of Real Page or other property management software.
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Analytical and computer skills; ability to communicate recommendations to senior management.
• Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals.

Responsibilities

Cornerstone Residential is a Multifamily Property Management company providing 3rd party management services. We manage a diverse set of assets including market rate, senior living, affordable and lease up properties.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee senior affordable, market rate and LIHTC properties in St George Utah. The ideal candidate is In the general St George area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional Property Manager is a business and team leader. They are responsible to the overall success of their portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Work with on-site staff to stabilize occupancy in portfolio
• Hire, train, mentor and support onsite team members
• Communicate problem solving solutions to asset managers and senior management
• Review financial statements, review and approve invoices for payment
• Identify problems, implement solutions to address them
• Review operational reports, identify areas of improvement
• Oversight of property maintenance and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in multi-family property management
• Minimum 2 years' LIHTC experience required
• Minimum 1-2 years of Regional Manager Experience required
• Working knowledge of Real Page or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and computer skills
• Solid communications skills and ability to effectively communicate recommendations directly to senior management
• Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment

TRAVEL:

Ability to travel for site visits and company meetings. Est up to 50% of the time

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• CAM, CPM, ARM, or CCRM certification
• Advanced proficiently with Real Page property management suite of products
