We offer our Affordable Housing Site Manager a competitive wage of $20-$24 per hour.
This is a full-time position based in Hart, MI, serving the Shelby, MI area.
As our Affordable Housing Site Manager, you'll be at the heart of the community, helping residents and applicants navigate the application and recertification process with confidence and care. Throughout your day, you'll partner with maintenance staff to ensure work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently, walk the property to maintain a clean and welcoming appearance, and coordinate with vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications:
Fair Housing Certification, experience with HUD/Section 8 properties, and experience with Rural Development properties are preferred.
