Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business administration, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of successful management in property management; supervisory/administrative experience. Retirement industry preferred.
• Experience with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations preferred.
• Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Ability to read and understand financial statements.
• Must be a self-motivator with ability to set and carry out goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Provide quality daily services to residents; lead and develop staff.
• Maintain properties in good repair and operating condition.
• Foster positive liaison between residents, staff, and Management Services.
• Ensure the community meets internal and external audit standards.
