Multifamily Property Management
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds. Duties include repairing flooring, drywall, appliances; troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, safety, security, HVAC systems; painting; and cleaning. All duties must comply with company policies and safety protocols, supporting client expectations within the operating budget and management agreement.
Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of relevant experience, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to wear a respirator, proficiency in English, and possibly providing tools.
Skills Required: Pool maintenance, painting, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, drywall, boiler systems, appliance repair, and basic computer skills, among others.
