Asset Living’s Oak Grove Apts in San Jose seeks an Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician to support tax credit/affordable property maintenance. You will assist with preventive and corrective tasks, unit make-readies, and daily groundskeeping under supervision.

Responsibilities include timely work-order responses, safety compliance, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure a well‑maintained community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings and units.
• Assist with daily maintenance, preventive tasks and make‑ready activities.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of grounds, buildings and outdoor spaces.
• Document service requests, safety issues and inventory as needed.
