WRH Realty Services, LLC is hiring a Leasing Specialist for affordable housing communities in Jacksonville, FL. You’ll help future residents find their next home, give tours, close leases, and support marketing efforts to keep our community thriving.

The role emphasizes resident relations, leasing/occupancy, and adherence to Fair Housing Laws. Strong customer service, sales ability, and familiarity with affordable housing programs are a plus. Must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Skills in sales and closing; cheerful attitude and customer service focus.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs is a plus.
• Social media content creation to generate interest and expand reach.
• Competence in using software and search engines to engage residents and prospects.
• Education: a high school diploma required; some college helpful.
• Availability: Monday to Friday; some weekends may be needed.
• Transportation: valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
• Enforce community rules and Fair Housing compliance.
• Maintain occupancy levels and assist with marketing strategies for the apartment community.
• Update online marketing sources and follow up with inquiries.
• Retain residents and maintain accurate files and documentation.
