Job Description: The Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative responsible for engaging with potential and current residents. Duties include conducting property viewings, providing accurate apartment information, processing rental applications, securing lease agreements, and assisting with lease renewals. All activities must comply with Fair Housing Laws and company policies, supporting the overall client objectives aligned with financial and management goals.

Company Description: Multifamily Property Management

Responsibilities include:

  • Client relations and communication with residents, applicants, vendors, and guests.
  • Maintaining occupancy levels, exhibiting professional leasing techniques, and assisting with marketing strategies.
  • Updating online marketing sources daily and promoting resident retention.
  • Ensuring safety, privacy, and move-in orientation for new residents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, USDA-Rural Development, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of experience in property management or related fields.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and proficiency in English.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
