Required JD and Maine Bar; strong experience in housing, real estate, and commercial lending helps you guide complex deals and regulatory issues. Telework may be available while office-based collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• JD degree and Maine Bar License required or highly preferred.
• Experience in housing, real estate, and commercial lending.
• Ability to lead projects and work with partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with closing complex housing transactions.
• Prepare and negotiate closing documents.
• Review and negotiate security and real estate documents.
• Represent MaineHousing in hearings when needed.
• Provide legal advice to Director and staff.
