Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee daily operations and financial functions of an affordable housing community. Under the Community Manager, you will support leasing, maintenance, and compliance with company policies, safety, fair housing, and liability concerns.
You will help strengthen cash flow, post payments, manage accounts, and assist with budgeted revenues and expenses.

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for overseeing, under the supervision of the Community Manager, the everyday operations and financial functions of the housing community. They play a vital role in delinquency and collection of rent, optimizing the property's cash flow and financial position. They manage all phases of operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management in the absence of the Community Manager and supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with company policies, safety, fair housing, and liability concerns.
As a leading affordable housing management company, we prefer the following experience in addition to the essential duties below for our affordable assets:
$26.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour
