Job summary

U.S. Bank's Wealth Management team in Bloomington, MN seeks an Affluent Banker to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to affluent clients, coordinating with mortgage, small business banking and personal trust services to meet client goals.

You will develop, manage and retain client relationships, provide expert advice and counsel, and engage in wealth discussions to grow a stronger book of business, with NMLS licensing and regulatory requirements guiding the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in Wealth Management private banking and/or senior level financial services experience.
• Series 6-63 or Series 7-63 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall affluent client experience, ensuring collaboration of relevant entities to deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services.
• Develop, manage and retain client relationships for Affluent Wealth Management through proactive contact of assigned and prospective clients.
• Provide expert advice and counsel in affluent wealth banking client relationships by understanding clients’ needs and goals to recommend product and service solutions.
• Engage with mortgage, small business banking and personal trust services as needed to expand offerings.
