U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Banker to lead the affluent client experience and coordinate across mortgage, small business banking, and personal trust services.

You will be responsible for developing, managing, and retaining a robust client book through proactive engagement and expert guidance. The role requires five or more years in wealth management, relevant licenses, and strong relationship, sales, and financial planning skills to deliver tailored solutions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years of wealth management/private banking or senior financial services experience.
• Series 6-63 or Series 7-63 licenses.
• Strong relationship management, sales, and business development skills.
• Moderate understanding of wealth products and offerings.
• Strong competency in financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and retain affluent client relationships through proactive client contact.
• Provide expert advice and counsel on wealth banking by understanding clients' needs and goals.
• Collaborate with mortgage, small business banking and personal trust services to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engage in wealth discussions with clients to grow the book of business.
• Maintain compliance with NMLS registration and related regulations.
