Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main point of contact for a select group of affluent clients and other customers. You will manage their complete banking relationship, using a proactive approach to grow balances and solicit referrals.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts who can help with specialized financial needs and promote self-service options for round-the-clock access to accounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7; state registration and Life licenses or must complete within 180 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
