Job Summary:

This is an entry-level Account Manager role supporting the Private Client Group (PCG). You will assist with client servicing, renewal processes, marketing, and preparing presentation materials. The role involves significant independent discretion and relationship development with stakeholders, with mentorship from the account management team.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Alpharetta, GA, with remote options for experienced, P&C-licensed candidates on EST hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the remarketing process during renewals.
  2. Develop relationships with carriers and clients, potentially participating in meetings.
  3. Prepare and send RFPs to insurance carriers and track results.
  4. Review client annual reviews for accuracy in collaboration with the team.
  5. Communicate directly with carriers with team approval.
  6. Maintain client files and policy records per office procedures.
  7. Assist with billing questions, with support from the Accounting Department.
  8. Answer main phone line and perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-confidence for independent decision-making.
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Professional, courteous demeanor.
  • Customer-focused with relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with EPIC and carrier systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and technology.

Education and Experience:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Over 2 years of client service and/or industry experience.

Licenses:

  • P&C Insurance License required upon hire.
