Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Evanston is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking. You will be the main contact for Chase’s affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships with an advice-based approach and helping clients grow their balances.

Qualifications

• Relationship-focused approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations (including 63/66) within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
