Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Private Client Banker to be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationship with an advice-based approach to grow balances.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, educate clients on self-service options, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven relationship-based sales experience in financial services.
• 1+ year in branch banking with new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7 and life licenses or ability to complete within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
