The Role:

We're looking for ahands-on Affiliate Marketing Managerto architect, launch, and scale our very first affiliate program. This is a ground-floor opportunity to create the systems, partnerships, and playbook from scratch. You’ll own everything from strategy and recruitment to operations and performance optimization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build our affiliate program from zero: strategy, platform selection, structure, and execution
• Research, identify, and onboard high-quality affiliates and influencers
• Drive white-labeled influencer collaborations and paid amplification
• Set up tracking systems, commission structures, and partner communications
• Establish performance benchmarks and reporting dashboards
• Iterate based on data—optimize what works, fix what doesn’t
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations to support affiliate success

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or influencer partnerships
• Proven ability to launch and grow a new marketing initiative independently
• Experience using affiliate platforms like Refersion, ShareASale, or Impact (or the ability to evaluate and implement one)
• Strong project management and outreach skills—especially with creators and influencers
• Comfortable with data analysis, attribution, and ROI reporting
• Experience with paid social and white-labeled influencer content is a strong plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you move fast, solve problems, and own outcomes
