Job summary

Leeds Professional Resources in Boca Raton, FL, seeks an experienced affiliate program manager to own the full lifecycle of our partner initiatives. You will recruit partners, equip them to succeed, track performance, and optimize commissions and campaigns to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in affiliate, partner, or influencer marketing.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Refersion, ShareASale, Impact, Awin, PartnerStack).
• Strong relationship-management and communication skills.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret performance reports.
• Experience handling compliance-related marketing content (FDA/FTC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

This role blends relationship management, program strategy, and performance marketing. You'll manage the full lifecycle of our affiliate programs: recruiting the right partners, equipping them to succeed, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing commission structures and campaigns to grow revenue.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as analyzing dashboards, and who's comfortable operating across very different partner types. Responsibilities also include Program Management, Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management, Enablement & Content, Performance & Optimization, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate, partner, or influencer marketing (DTC, beauty, wellness, or medical device experience a plus)
• Hands‑on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Refersion, ShareASale, Impact, Awin, PartnerStack, or similar)
• Strong relationship‑management skills — comfortable communicating with both medical professionals and social media creators
• Data‑driven mindset; comfortable pulling and interpreting performance reports to guide decisions
• Experience managing compliance‑sensitive marketing content (FDA, FTC disclosure requirements, or similar regulated industries) is a strong plus
• Excellent written communication for partner‑facing materials and outreach
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple partner segments and priorities simultaneously
