Launch Potato is seeking a talented account manager with experience in publisher partnerships and performance marketing. Your role will be to drive growth and retention through data analysis and collaborative strategies. The position involves managing key accounts, optimizing performance metrics, and enhancing customer partnerships within a dynamic digital media company.

BASE SALARY: $70,000 to $90,000 per year
MUST HAVE
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years in publisher, affiliate, or performance marketing with direct publisher partner management and reporting ownership.

Outcomes (Performance Expectations)
TOTAL COMPENSATIONBase salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
