rygr is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Affiliate Managers across strategy, execution and reporting for growth-focused lifestyle brands. The role emphasizes learning marketing channels and applying our paid media approach while coordinating with internal teams on opportunities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and collaborative, with a foundational marketing background and internship experience. Hybrid work is available with a Denver-area option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–6 months of marketing experience, including internships.
• Understanding of marketing and advertising principles and media concepts.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Avantlink, Impact, Rakuten, CJ and Awin.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quantitative and analytical abilities with time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support affiliate account managers during strategy, execution and reporting.
• Assist market and target audience research for recruitment and optimization.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify brand opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly client program reports.
• Track key metrics to ensure goals are met.
• Execute timely delivery of client requests.
• Audit affiliate sites for brand and product coverage.
• Handle inbound inquiries and partner communications with the account manager.
