Job summary

City Staffing, a Chicago-based agency, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator for a long-term, 6-month contract in Downtown Chicago. The role is hybrid with a Monday-Friday schedule and pay rate of $25-27/hour DOE.

You will develop expertise in affiliate link syntax, test accuracy before distribution to partners, collaborate with Marketing on content, and manage third-party partnerships for events. Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications and 1-3 years of affiliate marketing experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience with affiliate marketing.
• Experience with Rakuten distribution channels.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $25-27/hr DOE

• Test and validate affiliate links for accuracy and quality before distributing them to partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing on content and creative assets development.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of third-party partnerships for individual events.
• Assist with planning, tracking, organizing, and executing affiliate campaigns.
• Support partner communications, relationship management, and outreach.
• Ad hoc marketing administration duties as assigned.

Affiliate Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or other equivalent field.
• 1-3 years of experience with affiliate marketing required.
• Experience with distribution channels such as Rakuten.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
