Job summary

Nood Ventures LLC is seeking a full-time Affiliate Manager to recruit and onboard creators, manage community engagement, and optimize performance so new affiliates earn commissions quickly.

In a hybrid environment, you will source creators, oversee onboarding, and drive engagement for a thriving TikTok Shop affiliate network.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate management, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Direct experience with TikTok Shop is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of growing a creator community or affiliate program.
• Strong writing skills for clear communication and creator briefs.
• Familiarity with TikTok culture and shoppable content.

To support a growing TikTok Shop affiliate program, the full-time Affiliate Manager will recruit and onboard creators, manage community engagement, and optimize performance to ensure new affiliates earn commissions quickly, all while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and pitch TikTok Shop creators, maintaining a pipeline and meeting weekly recruiting targets
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring they are activated and supported in their first 14 days
• Manage the affiliate community, driving engagement through contests, leaderboards, and direct support

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in affiliate management, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or community management
• Direct experience with TikTok Shop is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of growing a creator community or affiliate program
• Strong writing skills for clear communication and effective creator briefs
