Execute the Mets’ organizational hitting philosophy and implement individualized hitting development plans. Utilize relevant technology (Blast Motion, Trackman, HitTrax, high‑speed video, Hawk‑Eye, Kinatrax) to monitor progress and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with Performance, Baseball Analytics, and Baseball Systems staff to integrate physical, mental, and skill development. Track and document each hitter’s developmental progress, ensuring consistency with organizational standards. Assist in the set‑up and daily execution of hitting environments that prepare players for the game that day and support long‑term growth. Foster strong professional relationships with players to build trust, buy‑in, and accountability.
