Job summary

WITHIN is a Performance Branding company seeking an Affiliate Account Manager in New York. You will manage affiliate partners, analyze performance, and present insights to clients to optimize campaigns across channels.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. The role offers a hybrid work setup with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience distilling client goals into prioritized, executed, and measured tasks.
• Excited and comfortable working with established brands.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard, Affluent.
• Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of G-suite & Excel.
• Must be inquisitive and proactive.
• Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new partners and teammates.
• Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing.
• Experience establishing new workflows, processes and objectives.
• Understanding attribution & LTV.

Responsibilities

• Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.
• Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients.
• Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis.
• Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
• Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
