About the Role:

The AF Solutions Principal Clinical Specialist promotes and supports the Watchman product line through education of current and potential customers within a defined area. This role involves clinical education, sales support, and strategy to meet or exceed sales goals, building the Watchman brand in the assigned territory.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Educate customers on the clinical usage of products through presentations and demonstrations across various formats.
  • Meet with clients to identify their needs, goals, and constraints, and demonstrate how our products can help achieve their objectives.
  • Develop relationships with hospital staff at all levels to facilitate sales and future opportunities.
  • Address customer needs and complaints by developing solutions in collaboration with related teams.
  • Provide guidance to exempt specialists and supervisory staff exercising independence in their roles.
  • Foster a diverse workplace and demonstrate effective change leadership and strategic partnership building.
  • Assist in recruiting and coaching organizational talent, and support strategic initiatives outlined in quarterly plans.
  • Coordinate efforts with sales management to build strategic partnerships and promote market growth.
  • Develop relationships with key physicians and external partners to promote development and growth.
  • Participate in clinical trial activities, including educating investigators and managing trial protocols.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in clinical cardiology, medical device sales, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Structural Heart/Atrial Fibrillation.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex products.
  • MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.

Expected annual base salary: $80,000 to $120,000, plus variable incentives and benefits. Compensation depends on experience, education, and organizational needs.
