About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing and supervising the AF Solutions clinical team within a designated geographic area. It involves participating in clinical hiring, coordinating regional coverage, promoting products through clinical education, and supporting customers and patients.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Assess training needs, provide coaching, and conduct final assessments for new clinical specialists.
  2. Resolve scheduling conflicts and support clinical procedures and troubleshooting.
  3. Launch new technologies and optimize current customer utilization and outcomes.
  4. Align clinical team goals with regional sales strategies in collaboration with Regional Managers.
  5. Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
  6. Oversee travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and quality systems.
  7. Develop solutions for customer needs in collaboration with relevant personnel.
  8. Provide ongoing training and facilitate company-sponsored events.
  9. Conduct performance reviews and ensure resource availability for quality compliance.
  10. Lead and develop team members, promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  11. Manage activities and budgets for functional areas or projects, ensuring policy compliance.
Compensation:

The annual base salary is approximately $120,000, plus variable incentives based on performance, benefits, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, and certifications.

Additional Notes:

Compliance with employment laws, safety protocols, COVID-19 vaccination requirements, and drug testing policies are mandatory for this safety-sensitive role.
