Role Overview:

Responsible for developing and supervising the clinical team within a specified region. Participates in clinical hiring, coordinates regional coverage, and promotes company products through clinical education and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess training needs, provide coaching, and conduct final certifications for clinical specialists.
  2. Resolve scheduling conflicts and support clinical procedures and troubleshooting.
  3. Launch new technologies and optimize current customer utilization and outcomes.
  4. Align clinical team goals with regional sales strategies in collaboration with Regional Managers.
  5. Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders to share clinical activities and market updates.
  6. Manage travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
  7. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  8. Respond to customer needs with innovative solutions and collaborate with relevant teams.
  9. Provide ongoing training and facilitate company-sponsored events.
  10. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure resources support Quality System compliance.
  11. Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  12. Lead teams and manage budgets as applicable.
  13. Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 7-9 years of related experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical certification, knowledge of Watchman or Access Solutions therapy, and strong business acumen.
  • Effective communication, leadership, conflict management, and project management skills.
Compensation:

Estimated annual base salary of $120,000 plus variable incentives and benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
