Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking an Airborne Electronic Warfare Flight Test Engineer for the China Lake, CA location to support the F/A-18 & EA-18G Integrated Product Team (IPT). The role focuses on flight test engineering, test planning, and subsystem integration across AEW programs.

The position requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance with Top-Secret/SCI suitability.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite due to sensitive program requirements.
• STEM degree preferred with 5+ years of related aerospace experience.
• Must hold and be able to obtain Secret security clearance, Top-Secret/SCI suitability desired.

Responsibilities

• Support flight test and fleet activities for AEW subsystems integration.
• Design test programs and create detailed test plans per Navy formats.
• Plan lab, ground and flight test scenarios for various subsystems and data systems.
• Analyze test data and report results in official Navy documents.
• Identify safety hazards and prepare Test Hazard Assessments.
• Lead pre- and post-test briefings and coordinate with IPT resources.
