Job summary

Merz North America, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Development Manager in Florida to lead revenue growth for the Merz Aesthetics device portfolio.

You will own quarterly and semester targets, drive consumable growth, and expand portfolio penetration within physician practices and owner-operated clinics. The role requires a strong sales track record, ability to develop quarterly business plans, and collaboration with marketing, training, and cross-functional teams to maximize device utilization and

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, an Associate of Science (A.S.) and an AE License.
3-5 years in sales (aesthetics, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sales preferred).
Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue goals.
Experience driving growth in owner-operated medical practices or high-revenue companies.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed quarterly and semester revenue targets.
Drive consumable growth through increased procedure volume and utilization.
Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly business plans.
Forecast accurately and manage territory performance metrics.
Identify whitespace opportunities to expand.
Maintain and grow Territory (Skincare + Consumables) and build relationships with physicians, practice owners, and decision-makers.
Position Ultherapy as a premium, high-ROI treatment offering.
Lead business reviews to drive accountability and performance improvement.
Deliver training to ensure optimal outcomes and coach practices on strategy and patient acquisition.
Collaborate with Marketing and Training to deploy growth initiatives and cross-sell across Merz Aesthetics portfolio.
