Job summary

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers in Port St. Lucie, Florida, is hiring a full-time Aesthetic Injector / Nurse Injector (NP, PA, or RN) to join our growing team.

You will perform aesthetic consultations, administer Botox and dermal fillers, and create personalized treatment plans focused on safe, natural results. You will educate patients on outcomes and aftercare, maintain documentation, and respond to any complications.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN/NP/PA license in good standing.
• Prior aesthetic injector/med spa/cosmetic practice experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify).
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
• Injector training or certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations and facial assessments.
• Administer injectable treatments per clinical protocols and Florida scope-of-practice.
• Create customized treatment plans for safe, natural results.
• Educate patients on outcomes, aftercare, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and informed consent.

New Radiance Cosmetic Centers, an award-winning med spa and aesthetic practice in Port St. Lucie, Florida, is hiring a full-time Aesthetic Injector / Nurse Injector — NP, PA, or RN to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform aesthetic consultations and facial assessments for med spa patients.
• Administer injectable treatments, including Botox, neurotoxins, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers, in accordance with clinical protocols and Florida scope-of-practice requirements.
• Create customized treatment plans focused on safe, natural-looking results.
• Educate patients on expected outcomes, aftercare, maintenance plans, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, informed consent, follow-up notes, and treatment records.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to complications or adverse events related to injectable treatments.
• Deliver a luxury, patient-centered experience while supporting retention, referrals, and long-term patient relationships.
• Partner with providers, patient care coordinators, and clinic leadership to support excellent patient outcome.

What we’re looking for

• Active Florida RN, NP, or PA license in good standing.
• Prior aesthetic injector, nurse injector, med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic practice experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with injectable treatments such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, dermal fillers, biostimulators, or facial balancing preferred.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
• Injector training or certification highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient safety, facial anatomy, infection control, aseptic technique, sharps safety, informed consent, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Excellent bedside manner, patient education skills, clinical judgment, and documentation habits.
• Flexible availability, including some weekend availability as needed.
• Ability to work independently as a solo provider while collaborating with the broader clinic team.

What We Offer

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $55–$65 per hour, plus bonus opportunities based on performance and business needs.
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, licensure, injector skill set, schedule, and other job-related factors.
