Job summary

Body + Beauty Lab is seeking experienced Medical Injectors to join our Florida-based team. The role requires a licensed NP or PA with 2–3 years’ injectable experience and a professional, client-focused demeanor.

We operate a modern medical spa in West Palm Beach, offering Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures. Part-time with potential for full-time growth is available; industry-leading compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida NP or PA licensure with experience in cosmetic injections (Botox, fillers).
• Strong communication and patient-service orientation required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced medical spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations, medical history review, and consent for procedures.
• Administer cosmetic injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) with emphasis on safety and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical files for each patient.
• Engage in continuing education and stay updated on industry advances.
• Be open to learning new techniques and brand language.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with clients, reps, and staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and admins to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to HIPAA and state sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Conduct room inspections and manage inventory for cleanliness and order.

Job Summary

Body + Beauty Lab is searching for experienced Medical Injectors to join our team. We are looking for polished applicants that have a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and passion for delivering best-in-class results to clients. Our modern, state of the art Medical Spa is seeking a Florida Licensed NP, or a PA to perform aesthetic treatments (I.e. Botox, Juvederm, etc.).

Duties/Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations that include taking medical history, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining signed consents for procedures.
• Administer high-quality cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic modalities ensuring overall patient satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient’s needs, preferences, and services provided in all medical files.
• Commit to continuing education and training when needed or requested. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments
• Open to learning new techniques, procedures, and brand language.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, pharmaceutical reps, and staff members.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and administrative counterparts to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Abide by all state laws and regulations regarding sanitation, protocols, and safety.
• Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and company policy.
• Conduct treatment room inspections to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization and manage inventory.

Job Qualifications

• NP or PA licensure in Florida with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience administering cosmetic injectables (Botox, Filler etc.)
• Existing customer base preferred
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Works collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals

Job Type: Part-time with full-time potential. Initially targeting 2-3 days a week
