• Licensure: Valid Aesthetician license.

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced aesthetics.
• Educate clients about treatments and options.
• Follow up with clients regarding treatments, promotions, new services, events, and other offerings.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records using the patient management system.
• Monitor and manage supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.
• Perform procedures including laser hair removal, IPL, Pulsed Dye Laser, microneedling/RF microneedling.
• Handle administrative tasks such as prior authorizations, notifying clients of treatment approvals and financial responsibilities, and scheduling appointments.
• Ensure consistent attendance and reliability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

To perform effectively in this role, the candidate must fulfill the following duties with or without reasonable accommodations:

• Conduct aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced medical aesthetics.
• Educate clients about available treatments and options for skin improvement.
• Follow up with clients regarding their treatments, promotional opportunities, new services, events, and other practice offerings.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records, contact information, and follow-up details using the patient management system.
• Monitor and manage supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.
• Perform clinical procedures, including but not limited to:
  • Chemical peels
  • Hydrafacial
  • DiamondGlow
  • Microneedling / RF Microneedling
  • Laser hair removal
  • IPL
  • Pulsed Dye Laser
