Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson is seeking a skilled Aesthetician to deliver personalized skincare treatments in a serene luxury spa setting. You will perform facials and body therapies, recommend products, and maintain strict cleanliness across treatment areas.

The role emphasizes guest comfort, safety, and professionalism, with opportunities for growth and engagement in a high-end hospitality environment. Weekend shifts and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• State license or certification as an Aesthetician is required
• Previous experience in spa or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform facials, body treatments, and other aesthetic services according to spa protocols
• Customize treatments based on guest needs and preferences
• Provide product recommendations and educate guests on skincare routines
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards
• Ensure proper sterilization of tools and cleanliness of treatment areas
• Follow all state licensing requirements and spa policies
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain inventory of supplies
• Track appointments and assist with scheduling as needed
• Greet guests warmly and explain treatment processes
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects the luxury and hospitality of our brand

What You’ll Do

Other Responsibilities

• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk

• Stand for extended periods during shifts

• Regular attendance in conformance with standards

• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned
