JECT is a medical aesthetics practice in Rye Brook, NY seeking a licensed aesthetician to provide professional skincare services and personalized treatment plans. You will conduct consultations, perform facials and peels, educate clients on products, and maintain records while ensuring safety and sanitation.

The ideal candidate has a state aesthetician license, 2+ years of licensure experience, and strong communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as an aesthetician.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed aesthetician.
• Prior work in a med spa or medical setting is a plus.
• Self-starter and team player with excellent communication.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial consultations to assess skin type and concerns.
• Develop personalized skincare plans and treatment recommendations.
• Perform facials, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, massage.
• Administer peels and other advanced skincare treatments.
• Work with the Provider team to create client treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Address client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Educate clients on products to enhance their procedures.
• Maintain client records and track treatment progress.
• Follow sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure safety.
• Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Ad hoc duties as defined by the business.

The Role

We are looking for an aesthetician who is passionate about skin care. The aesthetician is responsible for providing professional and skilled skincare services to clients. We are seeking candidates who have a thorough knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology, product ingredients, and the latest skincare techniques and trends.

What You'll Own

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their skin type and concerns.
• Develop personalized skincare plans and treatment recommendations based on client needs and preferences.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Ad hoc duties as defined by the business.

Who You Are

• Valid state license to practice as an aesthetician
• 2+ years prior experience working as a licensed aesthetician
• Prior work in a med spa or medical setting is a plus
• Self-starter and team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Sales skills and the ability to recommend products effectively
